future enhancement suggestion:  for ex-subscribers or other legit posters,
maybe setup a form on the webpage for posting to the list?  that way you
wouldn't have to maintain another list of addresses.  i doubt if any
spammers will go to the trouble to fill out a form, they generally want to
automate address collection and then just dump names into their mass
mailers...
