etka is misbehaving.....help

Hi. I have just acquired etka and installed it. When trying to run, it gives
me the error that file Stamm was not found. I read Igor's post from a while
back when he had the same problem; however, the database is on my hd and
it's on the same partition as the program. I downloaded the program,
unzipped it onto my d: drive and ran the install. No problems with install
but it doesnt want to run. Can anybody help?
