re: plugging hole in H4 housing

I don't think all H4's are the same, but I can tell you what works on the
Bosch H4's on my 5KS.

I found rubber plugs/seals on a mid 80's 5KS which are a perfect fit.  
These are the plugs/seals used where the windshield washer hoses pass thru
the sheetmetal on the underside of the hood.
They do not have an audi part number on them. 
I have seen two types of plugs used here on these older 5KS...one works and
one does not.
The one that works has a hole for the hose (or wires) which is about 3/8
inch in diameter.
