Eurolights and Passing Inspection

Just had the Euros installed -- haven't seen them yet, but I guess there
are no place for the little orange bulbs on the sides.

They're replaced with 'city lights'

Can someone shed some eurolight on this?

How the hell am I going to pass inspection?

I need to fully understand all of the features here..  I also heard that
they get even brighter when they're hooked up to the alternator?

Is this true?
