Same thing happened to me last week outside of Richmond, VA, but my rear was 
invaded by a redneck in a Chevy S-10. 

Loser was the S-10 driver. He was being followed by a cop who thought his 
driving a bit suspicious..... my bumper was OK after I inspected it, his 
bumper folded (that's the difference between a real 5mph bumper and a 2.5 mph 
bumper). He was given a breathalyzer, along with his 3 companions (NOT an 
extended cab S-10!) and was towed away to see da judge!
