You could use:
Bosch: w7dtc
NGK: bp6et
These are both tri electrodes. I forgot what the heat range was, but the
URq engine doesn't use 7's. The mc does.

W7ds-Bosch silver. I prefer them to tris. Expensive.
I hear Autolite platinums are good, too. No experience. Just don't use
Bosch plats w7dp. I have experience and they don't work.

Of course, w7dc in Bosch copper (Super) works, but good luck finding it.
