1989 Audi 100 automatic running rough

Hello AudiFans,

 

Need help diagnosing a loss of power and rough running Audi.  This morning on the way to work, almost to the top of a hill, it started running quite roughly and lost some power. 

 

It has been a while since I've changed spark plugs and wires.  Could these be the culprit?  Bad fuel, fuel filter, fuel pump? 

 

It still runs rough this evening.  And the loss of power is quite noticable.  Any pointers would be appreciated.
