Dan,
Your oil pressure seems normal (from what I know).  However, 10w30 -
according to the I5 oil specs I have - is acceptable weight when outside 
temp range is 0-60F.  15w50 or 20w50 are the proper multiweights to use
for most spring/summer/fall temp ranges.  I found 10w30 (Mobil 1) did
the same in my 89 100 (slightly lower pressure and temp).
