4k fusebox



Hi,

Need info on the internals of the fusbox for my '81 4k.  Apart from
pretty ugly bypass that's sitting on it to supply the load reduction
relay (as the internal supply intermittently went to 0v now and then)
I'm getting really tired of the indicators going 1000 blinks a minute
because of a >1V voltage drop to terminal 15 (which also supplies the
coil!) so I'm going to see if I can fix it.

It's enough work just to get the thing out of the car to take it apart,
so for those who have, what's it like in there?  New ones are pretty
pricey here (Melbourne) so I'd like to give it a try.  Does the internal
construction lend itself to being meddled with?

(BTW, would a voltage drop of 1.5 volts or so to the coil make a
noticeable difference to the way the car runs?)
