It's not how much disk space the full install requires - that's actually
about 300MB, you need to downdload the entire CD to perform the installation
and that is about 450MB uncompressed.  On my wave connection with light
internet traffic I can get transfer speeds of 300mbits/s and even at that
rate your looking at well over an hour to download.

If someone has ICQ and wants to try a test transfer of the installed files
later this evening I'm game.  Say 8:00pm EST - e-mail me directly and see
hoe it goes. ETKA is a hybrid (not true windows) program and can be
installed by copying installed directories and only a few extra files.
