RE: Bentley's ?
Back in the days before the q-list I was left on my own with maintenance of
my '83 QTC. I actually bought copies of the older coupe manual and the
pre-'84 5000 Bentleys as well. I don't remember how I found out about it,
but I did finally obtain copies of the "IST" documents as well ... it may
have been after having a letter to the editor printed in VW & Porsche
magazine. Audi actually sent me a fiche copy of a manual that was similar
to the newer Coupe GT manual but was supposed to be specific to the ur-q.
To answer your question, yes, I believe that the'84-87 4k/Coupe manual is a
worthwhile manual for an ur-q owner/maintainer to have. I'd also strongly
recommend getting the "IST" documents from Dyment ... they are the first two
documents Scott Mockry lists at http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/techtran.html
... the cost is either $10 or $15 each ...
