RE: 4KQ OXS & rev limiter ?



Rev limit control on CIS-E car is via the fuel pump relay. 
Rev limit control on CIS-E3 cars is via the fuel ECU.
A 4cyl fuel pump relay in a 5 cyl. car creates a low rev limit, 4k rpm or
so.
I wonder if there is a 6 cyl. fuel pump relay (off the shelf Bosch unit??)
that could be put in to a 5 cyl. car?

You may be
		correct that the fuel supply gets cut off too ... making it
all the more
		difficult to increase the rev limiter shutoff point ... but
I'm pretty sure
		that the FP Relay is going to be part of the solution as
well ...
