RE: Consistently Warped Rotors Driving Me Nuts

colored bars (color corresponds to torque value) that
some tire places use on air wrenches. i have been
told that when the desired torque is reached, they flex
and stop applying force. i'm wary, and would love a
	better explanation.

these were used on my car, which has quite the shimmy
when i brake. seeing as most of the suspension is
shot (shocks, bushings, etc) i am not *too* worried
abou the brake rotors being warped. we'll see, though,
once i replace the suspension stuff i need to do.

is there a way to check the torque of a nut when removing
	it? i have a regular s&k click-type wrench.
