Could be lots of things, including fuel, but do recheck all manifold (IM)
hose clamps! Recently I had a loose clamp (don't ask why!) at the hose
connecting the pressure pipe to throttle body, which produced similar
symptoms to what you described. There are many smaller hoses around the
throttle which could be losing pressure at high boost--including ISV hoses.
