First be sure that you did not pull what you thought was a spare fuse
to replace #12. The fuel pump fuse is not in the main row of fuses,
but is in the row that runs end to end on the drivers side of the fuse
box. Check the sticker on the fuse box cover or Bentley. If that fuse
is OK then:

Check for power at the fuel pump. If your test light lights, and the
pump is not buzzing, then contact TPC or Blau for a new pump. No
light, it is the relay or a renegade Audi electrical gremlin. Pump is
just forward of left rear wheel, under car. Not a tough job to replace.
Part is around $200. I replaced my original at 200K because it
seemed to be buzzing loudly. The new one buzzes less loudly.

Your power mirror problem is likely broken wires where the wires
enter the car at the door hinge. Lightly cut, or otherwise peel back
the black plastic conduit to check. Repair as required. Also be sure
to reinforce with electrical tape the the wires with cracked insulation,
but which have not broken - YET.
