i'm the one confused????? (i spilt my beer over that one). on the contrary
scott, i was not the one saying that the locked center splits torque evenly
and so that only 50% of torque can go to the rear. still you make a
reasonable retraction in your own inimitable way (your use of trg, primary
and secondary axles raised a chuckle though). you also don't understand
that with the locked centre and all wheels on the ground more torque usually
goes to the front because of the weight distribution of the audi but,
whatever.....

The confusion created has to do with Trg, primary axles, and secondary
axles, traction and torque. Mostly created by you, with all due respect.
You are interchanging some terminology that indicates all of the above are
equal. They are not.
