8 years ago, I worked on a project in Cupertino that had people
coming in from all over the country, and the world.

Several folks from Illinois had their cars shipped so they could
use them. I recall the cost was about $1700 by train/truck.
There are ways to hire one-way drivers, but that's getting rare
in these days of litigation lawyers.
