FW: 5000 vs 100/200 nomenclature
There was similar problem with the Jeep grand Cherokee (I forget what year)
where in several occurrences people mistook the gas pedal for the break, due
to the actual placement of the pedals in reference to the steering column.
(I forget what news program)
