I was wearing them....they lasted about 5 minutes before two or three
fingers were torn.  Then the grease/oil has to be washed off before you
put another set on.  The other thing that really bugs me about wearing
latex gloves when you do an overhead job, is that the sweat/latex powder
reservoir that builds up in the glove comes streaming into your eyes and
face when you have to reach up.  There is some stuff I use called "liquid
glove" <--not sure name, that a diesel mechanic gave me.  You rub it on
your hands before the job, and when done you just wash your hands and all
the grime comes off.  Air guns and latex gloves present their own set of
problems, especially when you have to grip the socket or extension
tightly.
