yeah, except it's a web based bulletin board type forum not an email list.

advantages are that it has nice thread tracking & searching, you can check it
from any browser at any time.

disadvantages are big - like it makes it too easy for trolls and morons to
drop in for flaming and other hijinks.  the quality of the discussion there
is a far cry from this list because of that.
