valve seals replacement

Hi everyone, it appears that my recently purchased '85 4kq is in need of
having the valve seals replaced.  Before I order the parts, I would like
to have a list of every part required to do this repair ( I am not doing
the work myself and I dont want to be ripped off by some mechanic re:
Labor or parts required to do the job).  Off the top of my head, I'm
figuring 1. valve stem seals, 2.  valve cover gasket and ? 
Let me know,  all imput is greatly appreciated.
