I have just found this on the Russian Audi discussion list.

All of ETKA on  FTP: 
195.230.68.111 port 21, entrance is anonymous - default for everything.

File list:

All of ETKA in the ETKA_ALL.zip

For those who have trouble downloading all 20 Mb: 
ETKA5.arj - multi volume, 5Mb each - includes sub directories E, NOTES,
SLAVEA, ZIPSERVE,
ET_PROG.W95, ET_ROOT and files ETKSETUP.EXE and HARDLOCK.EXE - enough to
install ETKA under WIN95 (only the english language version is installed
- complete!!! not a CD version)

For those fond of the exotic stuff (IMO) in addition you have to
download:
deutsch.zip - archive in german
for NT - nt.zip
for 3.11 - 3_11.zip
support for other languages - oth_lang.zip

For the CD fans everything is as usual: the price of a blank CD + 2
litres of Coke gratuity
or in the beer equivalent :0))))
