No more Quattro
Well, the wife's Quattro is gone, replaced by a Ford WindStar - nice, but
not *quite* the same thing! I never thought you'd find me in a minivan,
much less a Ford...man I'm getting old ;-)
Just wanted to let everyone know that read me a few weeks ago ranting about
AutoHaus Harrisburg that John Neemer, the service manager, took care of
everything. My faith is once again restored in their service department.
Which is good since I still have the '89 944...see you on that list...
Thanks to everyone who offered their help during my short time on this list,
good luck and take care.
Andy
BTW, the car will probably be on Autohaus's lot on Monday. The Ford guy
told me they'd probably wholesale it to them, and I know they got the
trade-in value from them. It's a loaded red 54,000 mile '95 Quattro 5-speed
w/ D60A2's (one axle less than 5,000 miles), new front rotors and pads, CD
changer (trunk w/ remote) and VERY clean inside and out (even polished the
intake manifold - looks sweet!).
