V8 UFO Brake Conversion - Again

Hi,

I have found a pair of brand new, original equipment parts to do the UFO
brake conversion to the S4 brakes. The parts consist of: strut assembly,
spring, hub, bearing, rotor, and caliper. The place that I found them at
wants C$1500 for the pair which sounds reasonable given how much the
individual parts are at the Audi dealer. However, after pricing the parts
at the Audi dealer, I hope that I am not jumping out of the frying pan into
the fire because the calipers for the S4 cost and incredible C$755. I have
no idea why they are so expensive but it seems to me that one could buy
Porsche parts cheaper. What is the effective service life of the S4
calipers? Are the S4 springs and the V8 springs comparable? Finally, will
the S4 calipers and rotors fit under my stock V8 wheels?
