Glare-Free Mirrors

My sister leased a '99 Audi A6 that I got to drove.  I noticed that in the
evening the A6 side and rear view mirrors reduce glare from cars' lights
behind her substantially.  

Is there any aftermarket or OEM Audi replacement parts that would enable me to
incorporate such a feature into my cars.  Or maybe a treatment of the existing
mirrors.

I have a '91 Audi Coupe Quattro and a '98.5 A4.
