READ THE MANUAL! It has very clear instructions on break-in.
These days, break in is usually a matter of not nailing it
too hard too often, and not spending lots of time at a single
speed (i.e. long highway trips).

Again, read the manual. Different cars have different requirements.

Riding it, holding it halfway in. My clutches have 190K and 150K
miles on them, still running strong.
