Couple o' questions

Couple of questions that are bugging me:

1) Where is the low side port for the R134a A/C systems, specifically
with the 12vV6? Believe me, I've looked and can't seem to find one. I
think I recall seeing this question before, but can't remember seeing an
answer. The high side port is easy, pop the bonnet and there it is,
right in front.  Dealer states that there is no low side port, smacks of
complete idiocy if you ask me. Team Door Handle at work?

2) What are the torque specs for the bolts that hold the lower control
arm bushings in place on a '93 90S FWD? Is this information available on
ETKA, I haven't found anything like that yet.
