Wind Noise problem

I am experiencing some wind noise from the driver's side B-pillar of my 95
A6Q.  From inspecting it, it appears that the outside rubber molding has
about a 2 mm gap between it and the B-pillar.  On the passenger side it sits
flush against the pillar.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  Could I adjust the
strike plate?  An interesting fix was a friend with a BMW who had a similar
problem.  He took the car to the dealer to get it fixed.  The guy at the
dealer proceeded to grab hold of the top of the window frame and gave it a
good yank and "bent" the door frame just enough to solve the problem.  I
don't think I want to try that though.
