Valve spring tool???

Heya everyone,
	I am rebuilding my head and need to know what to use to remove the
Valve's.  Do I need a special tool.  Any suggestions on to price and
where to get it and exactly what I need???
	ANy suggestions as to procedure or how to remove without
compressor?
