I wouldn't count on it.  The lastest Audi performance figures for the North
American S4 show 0-60 in 5.9 sec.  That's still about a half second behind
the M3 (depending on who's driving, of course).  But the TAP chip upgrade
would definitely put you in "M3 for lunch" territory.

Until then I'll have to be satisfied with dining on the new 3-series sedans
;-)
