What about gear ratios? If I remember correctly, the 5kcstq puts out 160hp
in stock form vs. the A4 1.8Tq's 150hp. It seems both cars are relatively
similar in weight. So what are the 0-60 and 1/4mi numbers for a stock
5kcstq vs. a stock A4 1.8Tqms? Having driven both of these, I would say the
A4 _feels_ quicker, and I would bet this is due to lower gearing in the A4
1.8T (not sure, just guessing).
I'm sure some of what I've said is incorrect, and I'm also sure at least one
of you will correct me. Thank you :-)
