I've encountered people like this, hypothetically speaking, the best
thing would be to have a relative in law enforcement armed with the
idiots license plate, hypothetically ticketing said vehicle and plate for
parking violations every other day for a month or two.  

On this note, is anyone else a bit surprised by the Korean (don't
remember which) SUV commercial with two drivers of the fairer sex (one in
an Explorer) running over everything except a playground full of toddlers
to get to a parking spot first??  Tag line at the end of the commercial
is some BS about a competitive world..
