364 HP Beetle?!?!?!?@?!@

I just read an article in Turbo and High Tech Performance about a 364 HP 
beetle running 14 PSI of boost from a 2.0 liter 8v!! My question is what the 
hell was the dyno guy smoking?? Even with a 50 hp shot off nitrous how the 
hell can you get 364 horsepower from a 8v 2.0 liter with stock internals??? 
That's equivalent to almost 400 HP from our favorite 10V 5 cylinder. Am I way 
out of line or is there some merit to this claim???
