Sounds like the engine is not getting enough fuel.  Check the usual
culprits: vacuum leaks (especially the big rubber boot that goes
from the air flow meter to the throttle body, all the hoses that
attatch to it, and hoses that attach to the intake manifold.  How long
has it been since you changed your fuel filters (there are two, one
big aluminum one and a small plastic one)?  Also check your fuel pump
or fuel pump relay.
