Re: Rack R&R (was injector adventures)



For a first time, 8 hours is what someone could expect. Two people are
extremely usefull when it comes to rotating the rack for removal and moving it
out, then putting the new one in, all while clearing the right side engine
harness. Leverage is definitly against you when moving that sucker around.
Two people make it much easier to guide the connection inside the car, seat it
properly, and then properly tension the preload on the steering shaft so the
steering wheel doesn't make godawful groans
