Re: non-Audi content (U.S. taxation)



In Michigan, Bob, the annual license plate TAX is figured upon the
Manufacturer's declared retail value FOREVER with no allowance for
depreciation.  I paid between $2 and $6K for my three licensed Audis, but
I'm taxed each year on values between $35 and $50K.
