quatt FIA Co Driver Jeff Becker's Wife

It is with great sadness that we have learned that one of our oldest and 
closest friends and fellow competitors has lost his beloved wife.

Tess Becker, wife of multi time National Pro Rally Co Driving Champion, Jeff 
Becker,  passed away from Primary Pulmonary Hypertension last night. 

Jeff Becker is an SCCA and FIA rally co-driver and lives in New York.  He is 
often seen in the Timing and Scoring tower at NYR SCCA club racing events.  
He has competed in cars by Datsun, Volvo, Porsche, Opel, Audi Quatt, and 
Hyundai.

Tess and Jeffrey have been married for approximately 20 years.  Tess would 
often accompany Jeff to events and was admired by workers and competitors 
alike.  Tess is survived by their daughter, Susan, who graduates high school 
next week.

Viewing is tonight, Thursday, June 17, 1999 from 7-9
and Friday, June 18, 1999 from 3-5 and 7-9.

The funeral will be Saturday morning at 9:45 a.m. at St. Aloysius R.C. Church 
on Middle Neck Rd., Manhasset, NY.

Jeffrey co-drove with Bruno Kreibich's ex-works Audi Quattro winning the 
National Championship in 1990 and 1991.
