There is usually an instruction sheet supplied with the new rack on how
to check your pump, and run the fluid through a coffee filter to see if
there are any metal particles in the fluid, and flush same.  If the lines
aren't leaking, I don't see the need to change them.  DO however get new
copper washers and O-rings for banjo fittings on the hoses you're going
to re-use.  A couple of fuel line rated clamps to replace the old ones on
the reservoir bottle might be a good idea too.
