4000 Heated Seats...Why oh why?

If you lived in an area where it was -30C (or colder) for weeks on end in the winter, you'd understand the need for heated seats.  At that temperature, cloth seats feel very cold, and the interior won't begin to warm up for at least 10 minutes, whereas heated seats warm up almost instantly.  It makes a BIG difference, believe me.
