4-lug to 5-lug conversion and steering wheel swap possible?

Is it possible to swap the 4-lug system on a 84 5kCD out for a 5-lug
system from a 5kCST? Any pages out there on how it could be done?
I want to go from 4x108 to 5x112, lots of nice wheels with 45 mm
offset in 5x112, and used 5-lug parts are not so expensive..

Is it possible to swap in a steering wheel from a newer Audi, let's
say an S4 or A6, to a 5k series car? How about the airbag, can an
airbag-equipped wheel with deployed (and then removed) bag be
installed?
