Need: Frames for Hella Projector headlights on '90 Passat

Hi all, 
I had a minor incident and the Hella DE projector beam headlamps on my 1990
VW Passat were injured.  Does anyone know if Hella sells just the mounting
frame?  The actual lights are OK just the mounting frame is toast.  I called
Rapid Parts and they only carry the front bezels.  They also said that since
these were imported, and not DOT approved( GASP!!), that Hella USA cannot
get the parts.  Any Ideas?

Of course if anyone has any contact info for Hella it would be appreciated.
