I got it on my way to California from Arizona on the 10 e/b, almost 
out of the state, in La Paz County.  It was a Sheriff in a Bronco.

I probably could have avoided it by not following (within eyesight) of 
the guy at up to 5 mph above the posted speed.  He pulled off the 
road, let me pass, got behind me in the number one lane, followed 
me into the number two lane (pacing me), and lit me up.

Oh well.  If it were California, it would be a fix it ticket with maybe a 
$10 fee, I believe.  But there are other reasons to stay out of 
California that outweigh this comparison, IMO.  (No offense 
intended for you California-people.  Everywhere is a compromise.  
Let me know if someone knows where paradise is.)
