Audi/OT rambling

Hi all,

Yesterday I changed the front turn signals on my '87 90q for some clear
S2 items w/orange bulbs. Looks great (now the fog lights and turn
signals look like they're a single-piece item) and they're also much
brighter than the previous orange originals. Cost some $35 each.
Replacement was a straight drop-in.

Also had the opportunity to (briefly) drive the only competitor to the
RS2 Avant yesterday- a  Volvo 850 T5R Estate. Incredible. Wow. Encore. 
The smile is still trying to leave my face. Great noise, too.

Finally- while making my way across town today, I happened across a
1991(?) UrS4. Pretty nice in dark green metallic, in pristine shape. I
don't think the owner was aware of other Audis, as he didn't notice me
waving at him. Typical Dutch audi driver, though I'd have thought you'd
be different when you drive an S4...
