They will have to be moved to maintain decent steering geometry and to 
prevent a TON of bump steer.  If those things dont bother you, you wont 
have to, its just that going that low really will put alot of stress on 
your ball joints and tie rods since they will no longer sit in a neutral 
position....

So, if you plan on actually having a real improvement in handling, i 
would suggest not lowering more than maybe an inch at the most....or if 
you need these springs, prepare for some unwanted consequences...
