What I think this means is that it will be similar to the V8 Quattro
list. What happens on the V8Q list is that 90% of the messages either
originate on the Qlist or migrate to the Qlist.  The messages that don't
are usually VERY V8Q specific.  The result is that people who would
otherwise NEVER consider remaining subcribed to a list of this volume and
intensity have a medium they can be privy to that is a "Cliff Notes"
version of the original, filtered for what is of immediate interest to
them.  This was probably never the intention of sub-lists, but in my
experience has been the result.  All it takes is one extra click to send
a message to two, or maybe three lists.  I know of several people on the
current V8Q list who were somewhat active on the Qlist but would have
been lost in the ether if Eliot hadn't formed the V8Q list.  I've already
subbed to the 44 list and have no intentions of leaving this one nor the
V8Q list.
