What's worse is AOA may be under a copyright agreement with a software
developer who may be entitled to a per copy distribution fee. In that case
AOA would have no option but pursue ETKA bootleggers. Glad you guys bring up
all the issues. This may be a serious one that escaped me at first.

Yes and No.

as pointed out, if they get lawyers involved, they are right and it
won't be fun.

What we *really* need is permission to copy and distribute it!  And a
formal relationship of some sort with AoA or VAG to make things nice...
