RE: Coupe Q Suspension Help!!
Huw,
Many thanks for checking, I have had a couple of other replies confirming
the same. Yes I have had the ball joint off as well, re alignment today.

Huw,
Any chance you can help re my earlier post on Coupe Q suspension?
i'll try...
1. those "dished washers" float clear of the turret. They actually
change orientation with steering angle. So it is technically possible
for the strut assembly to "drop" a tiny bit if the corner is in the air,
I guess. Must be ok if they designed it that way.
2. The car could have previously been aligned with worn/loose strut
bearings - now you've fixed them and moved the mounting position from
where it was when last aligned. One guess, anyway.
I assume you didn;t mess up the ball joint position?
hope this helps. (remember my car is bit older and different than
yours...)
