Opinions on a 88 80 quattro???

	I just looked at a '88 80 Q, here are the facts...
125,000 miles
Red, Oxidized, overall clean body.
Needs new brakes all around
Clutch OK, slipped a little
Shocks/struts shot
Some moisture around the head gasket
Interior basically perfect.
Sunroon only goes half way back
No Stereo, at the dealer with code problem.
Tires (puny little 14s) have half tread left.
Motor runs/idles great.
	They are asking $3900, I have an idea of what I'd like to offer, what 
do you guys think, realistically, it is worth.  Trade in is $2075.
