Not too sure how much revelence this has, but when my father owned his auto 
repair shop in the 70's and 80's, VW came after him for naming his shop " The 
Bug Shop".  We are not too sure if they came after him for that infringment 
or if the real agenda was that he recieved the majority of his work from 
custormers who purchased VW's(taking a large sum of their buisness) and found 
that the service shop at the dealer was one of the worst ones that could be 
found.  When talking with people who have worked there and with people who 
still deal with them, they continue to have a poor reputation.
