Easy:

Manual adjust seats: remove horizontal bolt and nut at front center, top
mount - this is a stop and keeps the seat from coming off the track to the
front.

Electric adjust seats: remove two bolts at right and left front of seat frame.

All seats: Remove trim piece at rear of seat runner, (don't remember if
only on one side or on both). Disconnect wire to heated seat (if fitted),
and/or wires to electrically adjusted seats.

Slide seat off track to rear, remove through door opening. They can be heavy!

NOTE: Manual adjust seats and electric adjust seats have different front
mounts - you'll need to cut brackets from the donor car and weld them into
the donee car if you are converting from one type to another (BTDT).
